We’re a mix of friends & family of Jimmy Hsu and have put together an effort to help our loved one during an extremely difficult time.
In early April 2021, Jimmy suffered a massive stroke. Unfortunately, the damage is physically catastrophic and will have long term impact on his quality of life. He now has “locked-in syndrome”, meaning he is fully cognizant but is unable to show facial expression, move, speak or communicate, except by coded eye movements.
He will require long-term care and rehabilitation to help him have the best opportunity to maximize his quality of life. Jimmy is fighting every single minute and we’re focused on providing him the support and positivity to help him keep battling.
As you may know, Jimmy is a huge fan of UFC/MMA and practiced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on a regular basis. We already know he is a fighter and we want to help him keep going, this is where we need your help!
