Love for Jennifer Harris Murphy's family.

Hello friends, family and former strangers. My name is Mike "Big Mike" Whiting and I am setting up the fundraiser for Kit and the kids. 


Jennifer Murphy left this world way too soon in late March. She was so strong and held on as long as she could over the last year until it was time for her to receive her eternal reward. A few years ago, she again showed how strong as brave she was by beating breast cancer. 

Jennifer lived her life serving others as she spent most of her life educating young children at Bright Horizons and continued as she came out of the classroom where she was an excellent administrator. She touched the lives of countless families and will continue to do so now and in the future. She has literally impacted several hundred families and thousands of lives! 

A lot of people did not know about what she went through for the past year. She did not want to bring anyone down or have them worrying about her. Please do not feel bad or ashamed if you did not know about her condition as she intentionally kept quiet about it.  That is the way that she wanted to live. 

Jennifer's husband , Christopher(Kit) Murphy is  left to raise two children alone. He is a cook at Bright Horizons and we know that is not you do not make a lot of money in child care. This fundraiser will help with funeral and medical expenses, bills, college fund and anything else that the family needs. Some of the funds can possibly be used for a getaway for Kit and the kids.
