Please Help Jen and Her Kids Rebuild After Fire and Flood

Anyone that knows me knows that my best friend, Jen, means the absolute world to me. And anyone that knows Jen knows that she has been through some of the most unimaginable things throughout her life. And now, after she finally created a few years of stability for her and her kids (ages 9 and 11), they came home Easter Sunday to her apartment up in flames. She lost everything! What wasn’t destroyed by the fire, was destroyed by the flooding from the sprinklers. It is absolutely devastating! At this point, all they know is that it started in the kitchen, and yet, Jen and the kids didn’t use the stove that day. So many unanswered questions and so much heartache. Their next steps are unknown because it was determined that her apartment must be gutted and there are no open units available for her and the kids in the interim.

Please, if there is anything that you can do to help Jen, it would mean everything! They live in Massachusetts and will need handicap accessible temporary housing for an unknown amount of time. They need clothes, food, all new furniture, beds/bedding, kitchenware, appliances, everything.
