Support Jeff in his stroke recovery

On February 5, 2022, Jeff suffered a stroke at home while recovering from COVID. After many tests the doctors determined that his stroke was due to a 100% blockage in a major artery that supplies blood to the brain. The doctors believe the blockage in the artery was caused from a blood clot that came from an unknown source. Jeff was hospitalized for 10 days and then transferred to a Rehab hospital where he required extensive PT, OT and speech therapy for an additional 7 days.

While Jeff is now home, he still requires extensive outpatient therapy due to his disabilities that he suffered as a result of the stroke. Jeff is significantly limited on tasks he can safely do and still suffers from constant dizziness, nausea and headaches. Doctors are unsure how long his recovery may take at this time. This has caused a major bump in the road for Jeff and his family. With all this being said, Jeff will be off work for an undetermined amount of time. Gail, his wife, has also had to miss work at her shop to help care for Jeff during his ongoing outpatient rehab. 

For those of you that know Jeff, know that he is extremely independent and his current restrictions are extremely challenging for him. Jeff is one of the hardest working men we know; he is always the one that helps others. He knows how to fix and build about anything and is the first one that most people call for help and he never says no. It is now our turn to help. We are hoping to help ease the stress for Jeff and his family by helping with lost income and mounting medical expenses. Any donation will help the Miller family and would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to help financially, words of encouragement, thoughts, and prayers are greatly appreciated as well. So many people have already reached out to ask what they can do to help and we cannot tell you how much the Millers appreciate all the concern and support.
