Hi, everyone. My sister Jeanette was recently diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).

This was devastating and unexpected news to everyone in the family. Bernie has had to leave his job to take care of Jeanette, so they have lost his salary. Since they cannot remain in a 2-level home, they are moving to California May 1 to live with their son, Dave and his family. As you can imagine, there are many unexpected medical and moving expenses involved.

It is times like these when friends and family often ask, “How can I help?” Honestly, helping financially would be the most appreciated gesture. My goal here is to cover a portion or all of their moving costs.

Jeanette has lost her ability to speak. So, on her behalf -- myself, Bernie, Heather, and Dave say, “We love you and are humbly grateful for any and all support.”
