Hello everyone, my name is Lily Jerelos I am the girlfriend of Jayden Perez. On May 21st, 2022 Jayden was rushed to the hospital due to not being able to be coherent at all. I knew immediately something was wrong. They then found he had a mass in his brain. He was emergency transported to Butterworth hospital in Grand Rapids for further testing. May 24th, 2022 Jayden had surgery on his brain. A Craniotomy. We then had to wait a week for his biopsy results. Today, June 1st, 2022 we got news that Jayden was diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma a form of brain cancer. We are all being so strong and positive as much as we can be. I am doing this go fund me to help our family during these difficult times. We have a beautiful baby girl Ivy who is 2. Son Zander who is 3. I want to have the least stress we can all have during this. Jayden will be starting Chemo and Radiation in 4 weeks. Anything that could help out our family would be amazing❤️Thank you all god bless.
