Please help Jason Rogers

Ok friends, family, and prayer warriors...my cousin Jason is home but still on dialysis and in desperate need of a partial liver transplant. His parents, are doing the best that they can to care for him, however, financially they need help. They currently have no income and Jason needs medication plus the household bills. On top of that, the A/C unit just went out in their house. We are asking any and everyone for help. Anything you can donate would be very much appreciated...and anyone who would be willing to see if they could be a transplant donor would be greatly appreciated. Please help my family!
