Hi, my name is Leo and I'm helping my fiancé Jasmine raise funds to get a very much needed liver transplant to save her life.

 

Jasmine's health has diminished over the past few months and has been in the hospital, and the only thing that can save her life is getting a liver transplant urgently.

 

She has gone through so many obstacles and has fought so hard showing us her will to live.

 

She is the most amazing, sweetest and loving girlfriend, sister, friend and daughter anyone could ever have and I thank God everyday for blessing us with her.

 

She is still so very young with so very much to live!

 

Jasmine has a very big heart and is always helping everyone who is in need. She has the kind of smile that would brighten up your day and any room. She never says no to anyone and is the kind of person that will give you the shirt off her back.
