Help for Baby Ava and her Mommy & Daddy

Hi, my name is Brenda Brewster. Approximately 4 weeks ago our daughter Janelle was admitted to Mount Sinai hospital in Toronto for a severe case of pre-eclampsia. On February 4th, 2022 Janelle required a c-section, three months early to her due date. Their beautiful baby girl Ava came into the world only weighing in at 1 pound - 10 ounces. Ava will be in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto for approximately 2 to 3 months. I've set up this page in order to try to ease some of the financial stress for Janelle and Andrew. Currently they're on a wait list for approximately 7-10 days to get into Ronald McDonald House, they travel approximately 1.5 hours each way to be with their daughter in the NICU. As a result, Andrew has to miss several days of work, they also have many added expenses such as gas, parking and food.
