Hi everyone,

My name is Nathalia, and I set up this GoFundMe to help raise money for my partner's stolen E-bike. These past few years have been incredibly difficult, with continuous financial burdens and traumatic events that have caused James to live below the poverty line with very little support. Additionally, in the current job market, it has been difficult for him to maintain enough structure to earn enough money to leave his situation. To improve things, he has applied for government assistance programs and gotten support from family members where he could. He decided to finance this e-bike to allow him to gain further job opportunities and rebuild his credit.

Recently, his locked bike was stolen from his building's private garage. James used this bike to get to and from early morning shifts that would have otherwise been difficult to get to through public transit. I am asking for help with at least the principal cost of the bike (~$7000), this money can help with transportation to work so he is able to make his monthly payments on time.

This is an incredibly vulnerable post, and I wouldn't be asking for help if we were able to recover from this easily. I turn to my community and the public to ask for your support. Any amount donated would greatly help up us out.
