Please help if you can, my little girl needs help

My name is Terry, and I am writing to see if you might be able to help me with a big upcoming vet bill. My little girl cat has developed some liver issues and is in need of lots of testing and possible surgery. I will not let money stop me from doing everything possible to help her, she is my everything. I hate asking, but just thought if anyone had the ability to help me out, I could really use it.
