Please help Ian get home with his dad!

Hi! My name is Noelle and I am trying to help my cousin Ian, get home to see his dad in St. John’s, NL

My Uncle Morris Newman, has been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal brain cancer(glioblastoma). He is currently in the Health Sciences Centre, in St. John’s. He has to stay there to begin treatments, until he will be transferred to a palliative care unit.

When Uncle Morris arrived in St. John’s a couple weeks ago, to start chemotherapy, he was terribly ill and ended up in the emergency department. When examined, they discovered he has a bleeding ulcer. Due to the rapid decline in his health from the bleeding ulcer, he no longer qualifies for the chemotherapy. Ian and his dad have made the decision to start radiation in hopes to give them a little extra time together.

Uncle Morris is very ill and we want to do everything that we can to lessen the financial burden for Ian. We would love to be able to get him home to spend some quality time with his dad.

Ian is such a caring person and would help anyone in need. He is always there and ready to spring into action anytime I call him for help with anything. This is such a difficult time for him and I have to do everything in my power to help him travel from Edmonton AB to St. John’s NL.

Please help me get him home to his dad. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
