Howden Hero's are a never give up bunch of kids who are a part of Howden AFC kids disabled (SEND) football group.

They are taking part in the Howden fun run on Wednesday 6th August to raise money for kit, equipment and the occasional celebration of what they can achieve.

They need your support. Donations large and small make a huge difference and if there's a better cause, I don't it.
