Please help Hollie get the surgery she needs
Hi all, I am fundraising to help pay for surgery for my cocker spaniel Hollie. During her walk on Saturday afternoon Hollie managed to find a corn on the cob and unfortunately ate it. Since this she has been very poorly. We have been told that corn on the cob is indigestible and is very unlikely to pass through without intervention. Hollie now needs x rays to determine exactly where it is stuck and then following that she needs surgery to physically remove the blockage. Following the surgery the vet has informed us she will need to stay in the vets for a minimum of 3 days. We have been very unlucky that we hadn’t realised our pet insurance had ran out so we can not claim through insurance. Unfortunately we are really struggling to cover these costs to pay this ourselves and would appreciate any help.
