My son Gabriel has qualified to play on the Rush National Team where he will travel to Phoenix, AZ and Madrid, Spain to compete against youth professional academies such as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, and others. He has worked very hard moving up the ranks to compete at this level. He was promoted up from his club level to make the ECNL-R squad, then the regional squad, and now the National team. He is super excited to compete at such a high level however the cost for this is heavy. Although Rush covers some accommodations we are still responsible for most of the costs including his registration and flight. But Gabriel will also be doing his part as he has researched becoming a certified referee and working several tournaments to help in covering his travel costs. Our family is also finding extra work to help cover these costs as well. However, any additional donations would greatly benefit as many of the costs have to be paid within the next 5 days in order for him to solidify a spot on the team otherwise the opportunity is missed.
