Hi, my name is Athena, and I am fundraising for my amazing friend Heather. A month ago, she started chemotherapy for an autoimmune disorder called Primary Membranous Nephropathy. Her body has cells attacking her kidneys. We are praying that the chemotherapy is successful. As you know, Heather is full of life, loves her two boys, her husband and her cats. She has worked as a P.E. teacher for Temecula Unified School District for over 20 years and is now on disability. Heather needs our HELP. Health Insurance does not cover all the costs she is incurring, and she needs support to continue her treatment.
