Please help Haylee's fight, she is one of a kind

Hello, we are Haylee's Aunts, Heather, Stephanie, Lisa, Lauren and Katie. Let us tell you a little bit about our sweet niece Haylee and her fight for life.

Sweet Haylee was born July 7th 2020, after months and countless tests she was diagnosed with Trim 8 an extremely rare genetic disorder. Trim 8 has affected Haylee’s kidneys causing nephrotic syndrome and has caused brain atrophy. She requires a feeding tube, continuous transfusions, has fought infections, pneumonia and has suffered a stroke. A day in the life of Haylee includes multiple tests, and procedures to keep her body systems regulated, yet when she is awake you can always see the shimmer of her smile. Haylee brings joy to everyone she meets.

Haylee has been loved beyond measure from day one, she has two older brothers who completely adore her and two of the most dedicated and strong parents to continue Haylee’s fight for life.

Haylee will soon be released from the hospital and her family will continue the fight at home, while keeping Haylee as comfortable as possible. She will be with those who love her dearly, to spend time together and to build lasting memories and special moments. We want nothing more to be able to help Haylee’s parents Laura and Josh be able to provide whatever is needed for Haylee but to also get the assistance needed to run a household so that their time can be spent where its needed- with their sweet baby girl Haylee.

Haylee’s condition is sadly terminal, and what is most important is that she is surrounded by loved ones, is comfortable and is home whenever possible. We appreciate all the love, prayers and support that can be offered at this very difficult times in their lives.
