Harley Belance, was our baby boy .  He was 11years old. He was such a Bright Kid, always smiling, always joyful. He was the kindest . Harley loved being outside, wether it’s going swimming, riding his bicycle, or just a stroll to the park. He loved being around people and having fun. He was and still is an innocent child, that was taken away from all his friends & family to soon. On March 26, 2021 he was taken from us due to Gun violence in Philadelphia, PA . Words aren’t enough to describe the pain that the family is going through, after losing an 11year old. He had his whole life ahead of him, . We ask you all to please come together in helping raise money for the family .
