Dear friends and family,

We are Catherine and Anthony Mabanta, the kids of Guy/Ramon Mabanta.

We are creating this fundraiser in hopes to raise money to help our dad as he had a traumatic, life altering accident that has left him paralyzed, which has also caused many other life threatening health complications. He is bed ridden in a hospital in the Philippines, and unfortunately healthcare is very expensive there. He has undergone a couple of surgeries already, but it seems it wasn’t the last of it and his conditions are getting worse.

He will require a lot more medical attention, then hopefully will heal enough to undergo rehab. If and when he is able to return home, he would not be able to financially support himself.

I know he has touched a lot of people (good or bad =)), but hoping you can remember the good times you’ve had, and the happy and fun person he is!

We really hate to ask, but hope you know we would only ask if we needed it.
