Please help give my son, Bailey, a proper funeral

Hi everyone.  My youngest son, Bailey Smith (24) was in a motorcycle accident on September 23rd when he was cut off by a stolen SUV on his way to work that morning.  The suspects didn't call for help and fled on foot and Bailey went without oxygen for 20 minutes and that coupled with the impact,  caused severe brain injuries that were not survivable.  He took his last breath on September 26th and I was by his side every second.  We haven't been able to plan a service because he was legally married and she's his legal next of kin but she's in prison and has signed off finally, allowing me to plan his funeral now. There's no way to prepare for something like this.  I just want to give him a proper service.  Our family can't get closure until he's laid to rest. We are asking for any help so Bailey can finally rest in peace.
