My name is Denise. I am the 2nd oldest child of Monica aka Boogie Eleazer. On April 18, 2023, my mother, Monica had a stroke at her home and was rushed to the hospital. She suffered multiple head bleeds. The doctors weren’t sure she was going to make it. However, she started to make progress quickly. Responding to her name and slight movement on one side of her body. Shortly after, she was able to talk a little. Then unfortunately, her health started to decline again. On May 2, 2023 my mother, Monica, stopped breathing. She was called home by God. She was in so much pain. Therefore, she is no longer suffering. With this happening so sudden and unexpectedly, I reach out to family and friends for help to give my mom what she deserves, a proper burial. My mother did not have much to give but was always making sure to take care of others and doing what she could to help out. She is survived by her 7 children, La’Dora, Denise, Carroll Jr., Donald, Demetree, Gina, Deandre. Followed by her several siblings and many grand children.
