Keeping Jason's memory alive and paying it forward
Jason J. Bermudez passed away on 08/18/2021. He passed away from a massive heart attack. Our family wants to give Jason J. Bermudez a memorial he deserves and keep his memory alive by donating to various charities who help Ex Cons. If you are able to, we would greatly appreciate any contributions you can make to help us with this goal. Jason's burial will take place on Saturday, August 28th at Oakwood Cemetery, 304 Lexington Ave, Mt. Kisco, NY 10548
