Please Help Gio and his family

My name is Joe Hernandez. Our Brother and My Best Friend , Giovanni Russo has been fighting Cancer, and the side effects from chemotherapy that he received in August of 2017, when he was first diagnosed with stage 3, Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I copied and pasted what Tammy Smith posted prior. Gio underwent 6 months of chemotherapy which ended in January of 2018. He is the father of 3 young children, who are the center of his Life. While fighting this battle, he was unable to work for 11 months. In July of 2018 he returned to work, resuming his career and still fighting side effects. Due to his continued appointments and pain he continues to miss work exhausting all his sick time. Gio continues to miss work frequently due to post side effects from the chemotherapy. On a regular basis side effects he endures are: neuropathy, debilitating migraines, joint pain, insomnia and a host of other ailments. To make matters worse on September 11, 2021 he tested positive for COVID -19. Having COVID with a compromised immune system has intensified his ailments. Gio has zero income since September 11, 2021. I am asking for anyone who is able to, please contribute to this GoFundMe. I have known Gio and his wonderful family for over 15 years now. He is a hardworker and takes pride in being a Locomotive Engineer.
