On May 17th, 2024 an explosion in the next door apartment sent our friend Andru to the hospital with smoke inhalation. Andru will recover but unfortunately his apartment suffered heavy smoke damage and is not inhabitable. He has since been displaced from his home with only the clothes on his back.
We have been able to recover some smaller items but most things were unsalvageable. Your generosity will provide Andru with the means to replace essential items and recover some wage loss as insurance is not an option.
