River is going to Miranda's Rescue in Fortuna, California! From half frozen and starving to warm California sun and a beautiful life!

They have agreed to take him in, work on his behavior issues and get him into the right home! They require a donation of $1,000 and I am going to drive him from Bella Vista, AR to Northern California.
