Please help get our baby girl Runa surgery

All of our friends know that Runa and Nysa are our babies. Well, just yesterday Runa started not using her back legs. We are in Pittsburgh today, and the vet is telling us that she has a slipped disc and the only way to fix it is with a $8000 surgery. Unfortunately, we need to pretty much decide now so we are exhausting all of our resources. Guess we are on here pretty much begging for your help She is only 4 years old and deserves a much longer life. Please, any little bit would help our baby to get the surgery she needs!
