Please help George receive a lung transplant.

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Cecelia. I am trying to raise money for my dear friend George Spatz to assist in covering the costs associated with him receiving a lung transplant. George was diagnosed with a disease called Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2007. This disease progressively thickens the lung tissue, making it difficult for your lungs to work correctly. There is no cure for this disease, and the only solution for George to survive is to have a lung transplant. George's life has been one of service. He graduated from nursing school in 1975 and served in the United States Air Force from 1976-1980 at Andrews Air Force Base, now called Joint Base Andrews. After that, George worked up and down the East Coast as an LPN while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. After graduation, he continued to work as an LPN until being put on disability in 2007. His disease has now progressed, requiring a lung transplant to survive. I am looking to raise money to help cover the costs for George's stay in Cleveland for his transplant evaluation period, the hotel costs for
transplant buddies to stay with George during the transplant, and the costs for George to stay in Cleveland for 8 to 12 weeks post-op. Please help me, help free George of his oxygen tanks, and live the full, long life he deserves. Thank you for being so supportive.
