Please help fund top surgery

As you may know, it is very scary to be trans and visibly so in America today. I have the opportunity to receive top surgery and feel safer; however, it will require both my wife and me to travel out of state, stay in a short-term rental, and, of course, pay for the surgery, which is $5500 out of pocket.

I am asking for your assistance in helping to make my life possible and safe(r) going forward.

Thanks to the generosity of donors, we have secured plane tickets and lodging. Remaining costs include:

~$5,500 for surgery

~ $200 or so for post surgery supplies- compression, bandaids, etc

~ TBD amount for the hospital, anesthesia, and equipment supplies

~Lost wages from almost two weeks off work

~$3-400 for a car rental

~$200 for food and prep supplies while we're staying in the state.
