Please help Freya the Great Pyrenees

I have never made one of these before, nor have I asked for help like this, but a good friend of mines dog (Freya) has been shot and she needs emergency vet bill money. 
She has two Great Pyrenees that are her beloved pets and livestock guardian dogs. 
As of today, Freyas brother is missing, and Freya has been shot. 
Freya is now at the vet and we do not even know if she will make it, but my dear friends need to be able to get her the help that she needs and they do not have the money for this. They are always helping others, and it’s their turn.
