Please help for Surgery for my Beloved Panther

Hello to all,
I am here to ask for help for my beloved cat Panther Romeo, the love of my life.
Panther did not have an easy beginning, he was found across the street from my home on a hot summer day on August 9th, 2020 along with his siblings Rascal and Chucky.
They were merely 2-3 days old, extremely malnourished and dehydrated. They cried for hours until I got my hands on them and took them in.
Many vet visits later, one of the kittens (Chucky) passed away due to being the weakest of the 3.
The night of his death while I buried Chucky in my backyard I made a promise to do all I can for these 2 kittens for their survival.
All seemed to be going well until one day Panther developed a swollen elbow. I took him to the vet and the vet sent me home with no answers due to him being so young she could not perform any tests as he was only a week and a half.
The next day she calls me to bring him in because she could not bare to think she can't do anything for him.
She took samples and the next day she gave me the bad news that Panther had sepsis, an infection in his blood.
She could not take any more blood samples from him so she couldn't find out what type he had. She took a guess and gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Two weeks of ups and downs and of nights where I thought he would not make it. He powered through it and after he got better he truly changed into this bundle of love and joy. I love and adore him.
My beloved Panther has unfortunately once again in need of medical help.
He has been off for a few days. He wasn't able to keep his food or water down. He threw up on a Tuesday night after dinner. And from that day on he wasn't himself, had less energy and his love for food dwindled. After a night of throwing up and a morning where he had no interest in food, I took him to the vet. Bloodwork, body examination, fluids and nausea medication were given.
The next day the blood results came in. The vet was worried and suspected something was not right. He had eaten something bad or had something stuck. He advised me to go to the emergency room at AMC in Manhattan.
After 2 and a half hours they took me in for his ultrasound. Another 45mins goes by and the Dr calls me into the office.
Long story short, they found something in his intestines.
I asked what? They said it looks like a needle and thread.
I was immediately heartbroken by the news and it all got worse with the price of the surgery.
The Dr said it ranges from $8,000 if there is no damage in his intestines but if there is it could range up to $15,000 plus.
Please find it in your heart to help me pay this massive bill. I will be forever grateful for any contribution.
I will not give up on Panther!
Sincerely,
Brandon
