Please help our family with excessive medical cost
Donation protected
UPDATE 2/21/2024:
Thank you everyone for your donations. Our family is grateful.
We're far from this goal & every week that goes by, the main conditions are getting worse for my wife, my children's mother.
As of today we've had $1,806 raised and are grateful.
This has all been used for weekly lymphedema & physical therapy, visits to doctors including hematology/oncology, blood work, medications not covered and the holistic regimen needed to keep my wife fighting these diseases.
We still have more than 10 specialists Kathryn needs to see as quickly as possible including neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinology.
Plus the testing including the spine MRI, lumbar puncture & a bone marrow biopsy.
There is now question of cancers that may have been missed, in addition to the need got these final additional autoimmune diagnosis.
It's alot.
Making this goal as quickly as possible is important. If an organ begins failing, there will be nothing else we can so and Kathryn has multiple organs at this point challenged with need of medical care consistently.
January we did well with appointments but, February has been met with having to cancel many as we just did not have the funds.
For those who don't know my wife's story & what's medically happening. Please read the original post below this update.
Thank you to everyone helping our family climb this mountain.
We are grateful for every donation & all of those who are sharing to rally support.
➡️ For those not understanding why we need this help right now. My wife wrote something to help those understand. Please read and maybe it will help you understand.
"Yes I've made success.
Yes, I've created two amazing businesses. I've owned homes. I've owned my own cars. I've also supported & raised five children mostly as a single mom.
I've also had my fair share of hard times.
We all do. It doesn't matter how much you've accomplished or how much money you've made.
Rich, poor and everyone in between, we ALL have life happen and ALL fall on hard times from time to time.
Hard times & needing help isn't just reserved for those who've never owned a home, don't have a job or have limited income.
Even those who who've made their way can have situations happen where they need help.
Never judge someone else's situation, based on knowledge you don't have.
Especially if you've never lived that life. "

Thank you to everyone again. Please help us make this goal. Once we can at least clear the additional $10,000 for the out of pocket deductible & co shares with our medical insurance for what is covered by medical.
We be able to have insurance cover 100% of medical covered expenses for the rest of the year. She will be able to make alot of headway.
Please help us get there. Thank you again,
Metro, Kayla & Kylee Narcisi

Dear Family, Friends, and Caring Community,
I come to you today with a deeply personal and heartfelt appeal for the love and support that my mother, Kathryn, needs in her debilitating health crisis. My mother has been battling lupus, scleroderma, recently has been diagnosed with neurological autoimmune diseases, as well as autoimmune epilepsy which has been causing seizures and other complications. She is nearly bed ridden once again, leaving the house only for doctor appointments.
Thankfully we are surrounded by an incredible team of doctors, (neurologist, cardiologist, pulmonary, rheumatologist, endocrinologist, kidney specialist, gastrologist, vascular, among others). Almost every system & major organ of her body is now compromised due to these life threatening illnesses, requiring constant testing, procedures, frequent appointments and the need for countless medications.
To compound matters, the start of the new year brought with it the renewal of our copay deductible, forcing us to have to cancel all medical appointments as we simply can’t pay for them. Sadly, we do not qualify for any state or federal government assistance and have been denied at all levels. The costs have reached an insurmountable level, making it impossible for us to provide My mother with the care she desperately needs. Beyond the immediate medical costs, My mother faces additional hurdles. Her specialized diet, numerous medications, and essential supplements are vital components of her treatment plan. However, the financial strain has reached a point where even basic nutritional needs are a daily struggle.
Financially, perhaps the biggest issue of all was my father having to take a 50% pay cut to move down here to Georgia in order to be here with our family. This leaves us in a challenging financial position with no external support beyond the generosity of our community.
As we navigate this arduous journey, I humbly ask for your help in our “GoFundMe” campaign. Your contributions will not only ease the financial burden of medical expenses but also enable My mother to access the specialized care, medications, and nutritional support crucial to her well-being.
Your compassion and kindness can make a significant impact on my mother's life and bring hope to Kayla, Metro, and myself during these trying times. We are immensely grateful for any assistance, whether it be through contributions, sharing our campaign, or keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for your support! With heartfelt gratitude,
Metro, Kayla, and Kylee Narcisi. Thank you to my father for helping me put this together.
