Maeve's good friend, Evan, was unexpectedly hospitalized. He's profoundly autistic, and has had to be sedated and put on a ventilator. Evan is currently in the PICU for a longer than expected stay while he awaits and recovers from upcoming surgery. His mother is by his bedside round the clock having to take leave from her job, while dad travels back and forth from CT to MA for visits. Because of this, they're worried about struggling to pay their bills right now. No family should have to worry about finances while their child is hospitalized. In order to alleviate the financial stress so they can focus on Evan's recovery, I've created this fundraiser for their family.
