Please help Ermioni! She needs a new shelter in Karditsa
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Peter Jundin, a swedish animal- and dog lover. I've been supporting several shelters in Greece and Turkey for years, and have now visited the greek shelters during a roadtrip through Greece, from the south to the north. This have been both the worst and the best trip of my life. The worst trip since we have been seeing so much death - dead dogs and cats almost everywhere along the roads, from puppies to adult to elderly animals, with the majority of the greek people not caring about their lives at all. And at the same time the best trip of my life, since Ive meet a few but amazing people who care so much, and dedicate their whole life taking care of the most vulnerable animals, saving their lifes, with minimal resources. Ermioni and her organisation Diasozo Animal Rescue in the Karditsa region is one of these people - an angel who given up her whole life to take care of the animals in Karditsa who needs care. She never had a day off for years. She works at a cafe from monday to sunday to get an income while runing a large shelter of + 100 dogs, and at the same time keeping the most vulnerable, handicapped dogs in her own home.
Ermioni do not know that I created this campaign for her. She's very proud and I hope she will think this is ok. But she needs help! Her shelter where she keep the majority of the dogs is in an area which is easily flooded when it rains. So the shelters construction, dog houses and dog beds are constantly ruined. She is not only fighting evil people who would like to kill animals and fighting to handle all these sick and injured dogs, but she is also fighting the weather gods.
So - please help me support Ermioni, one of the kindest and most warm hearted people I ever meet!
I will personally double all donations up to 30.000 SEK / 3.000 Euro. So if we can collect 3.000 Euro, Ermioni and Diasozo Animal Rescue will get 6.000 Euro, to help sponsor a new shelter. Since I am based in Sweden, I can only raise in Swedish SEK and not in Euro. So to make it easy to donate - 100 SEK = 10 Euro.
Thank you for your help. It means a lot.
