Please help Erin and Tristian get our house.

I'm in a spot, and I can't seem to find a way out. I need to ask for help. I hate having to ask for help. But, here I am...

Those who know me know I am trying to buy a house in Ponca City, Oklahoma. My first time doing something like this. It's a fulfillment of part 1 of my dream of being self-sufficient and being able to support Tristian, myself and Sneaker on what I bring in and start my own business.

I am knee-deep and headed toward a closing date of Dec. 14th.

Tristian and I are both excited about this move, as it will be a fresh start after losing Harold earlier this year. I am eagerly awaiting moving into a home where it will be Tristian's and mine, where I will not have to look to move again. We were headed towards closing when some unexpected things happened.

First was the move out of the house in McKinney. My landlady is usually nice, and we always got along well. However, since she is looking to sell the house, she brought her friend, the realtor, with her to see the house mid-move-out, when the place was horrible, and again when moving day happened, and it was clean. This realtor woman is a greedy little thing who was so mean and nasty she actually sent me into hysterics of screaming and crying with her nitpicking. As a result, I did not get all my expected refund on my deposit, which left me far behind where I need to be financially.

A very scary situation in the middle of buying a house where that refund is supposed to be the down payment.

It got worse...

When you take a dispute off your credit report, the company you are disputing against comes back up to the forefront with the full amount. For the mortgage, I had to remove a dispute with a company. That company now says I still owe them, and my credit dropped more than 100 points in 2 hours. This put my previously new but great credit into the "poor" status.

So, instead of being able just to have the automatic mortgage stuff go through, I now have to jump through more hoops in what they called a manual process. I've had to prove my payment history on lots of bills, rent, and utilities, and all of that comes back as good, so we should be a go... Well almost...

With this Manual process, I also need to have three months of house payments (roughly $1500.00 total) sitting IN the bank on the day of closing, in addition to the $1972.00 down payment. I also have to have 400 to 500 dollars for the nice guy to get my things OUT of storage and put them IN the house.

I have my usual social security and child support income coming in before closing; that plus the deposit refund would have covered things until the short refund and the credit debacle. Now I am in a pickle and need to ask for help.

Anything at all will help.
