Elsa is a seven-year-old Cavalier King Charles from Corpus Christi, Texas. She, unfortunately, had a recent accident that has caused her leg to come out of place from her hip socket. She was referred to a specialist in Victoria, Texas, to initially head into surgery to place her hip back into the hip socket. Still, unfortunately, her hip socket is gone due to arthritis, so this surgery is pointless. Her loving parents are devastated because Elsa is their everything. She is known as Baby Jean. Elsa will need surgery to repair her hip with artificial material to walk again and live a pain-free life. Please Help, Baby Jean!
