Elias has had many struggles including the tragic passing of his parents at a young age. His neurological disabilities including CPTSD make it difficult for him to navigate in society.
Yet, he remains a kind and gentle soul who has dedicated his life to rescuing, rehabilitating, and training canine children. Alone with his 4 support dogs he’s been traveling the country for work.
He has worked at DoorDash 7 yrs between working with dogs for stable income.
He has never been in trouble with the law. He doesn't drink nor does he do drugs.
Elias recently drove for days to Tennessee from Arizona for work.
Within minutes of his arrival, a man with a long history of hating dogs and harassing his neighbors, including women and elderly, suddenly approached, screaming and yelling at Ragnar the elderly retired support dog that Elias had just let out. Elias asked him to stop, when he then turned his aggression on to Elias. Unable to get away and fearing for his life and his dogs, he told the man to move away , that he was carrying, and showed him his gun. Finally, the man moved . Elias then called the police. However, upon arrival, he was arrested. There are several witnesses that are willing to make statements in court on behalf of Elias but until then he has lost his Job at Door Dash as a result and the pending charges have made it almost impossible to get a job.
He has endured one bad thing after another since this has occurred. He is unable to pay for his vehicle and is close to homelessness. Please help him get through this! Once the charges are dropped, which is anticipate, he will be able to work again, but now as he applies, pending charges keep him from obtaining work. He is very close to loosing everything..his truck, camper,. Food and feeding his dogs is a struggle. He is stuck in Tennessee awaiting court proceedings. Please, find it in your heart to help him keep his 4 dogs! Any amount will greatly be appreciated! Thank you!!
