Please help Donna Hurlburt

Donna has been struggling with significant heart complications for the last few years and the demand of travel + accommodations have become too much financially for the family to handle. Over their lives, her and her husband have been very kind, helpful, and dependable contributing members of the community. Donna has devoted her life to caring for others to the best of her ability. Her husband Bill has also been struggling with significant heart complications that have also been taking a toll.

It is a very difficult thing to ask for help when someone is struggling in this capacity, especially for those who take pride in their work ethic over the years, such as these too. They have been shouldering the financial responsibilities as best they can for the last couple of years however Donna's heart complications require that she travels frequently to Halifax from Yarmouth for surgeries as well as other interventions. Bills heart issues have at times caused him to be hospitalized as well.

It is my goal (as their niece) to try to generate income for this family so they can remain together through these tough times and be able to afford transportation and accommodations. I have selected the goal of $5000 as it was recommended by gofund me. However any contribution would help substantially. Everyone should be afforded the ability to access health care and be in the company of loved ones in times of need. So I am reaching out to our community to ask for assistance in any way possible.
