On Thursday May 8th coming into Phoenix on the I-17 there was a police officer slowing traffic down. I thought there was a car accident or something. Once traffic started to pick back up my daughter and I noticed this car in the emergency lane. So we stopped and got out of the car. Then she got scared ran into traffic. Luckily she ran under a very nice lady car that stayed stopped in the HOV lane while we tried to get her from under the car. We scared her out from under the car, and as she tried to climb the chain-link fence on the median, my boyfriend ran over and grabbed her. We wrapped a hoodie around her and got in the car. I brought her back to my dog grooming salon where I was gonna take her to the vet a little later in the day to see if she was micro chipped, but then as she was leaving bloody paw prints in the kennel, I decided to take her to the Vet. Where she remains to this day. She is microchips, but my vet has said that her owners do not care enough to come get her so I will be adopting her from my vet and keeping her at my dog grooming salon as a salon cat, but given the circumstances as she has had sutures due to lacerations on both her back legs burns to her paws and ear And a vet stay since Thursday. I just am asking if anyone can help out with any kind of donations to her vet bill I don’t normally ask for help, but as she hasn’t been there almost a week the vet bill will probably be pretty extensive
