I'm setting up this fundraiser for a dear friend who currently is in the hospital on life support due to a sudden heart attack.

Chuck is quite an awesome soul.. If you knew him you knew a legend and if you got to see him, Nate and Wes play at the handle bar then you got to see one hell of a show. He was a true friend and brother to us all and will be missed dearly.

Due to his sudden condition his family isn't quite prepared for the hard road ahead and could use your help greatly. From medical expenses to funeral service and bringing his sister and son to be here by his side. If you can help he's family in anyway possible I know it will be very much appreciated.
