Hi, my name is Cindy Yetsko and my husband is Shayne Yetsko. Our nephew, David Jr., (29 yrs old) was in a severe car accident on Monday night. His car was completely totaled and he was admitted to the hospital with severe injuries. Those injuries include a broken C4 and ruptured spinal fluid sack. He has a long recovery ahead of him.
