I'm so humbled to have to ask for help but I just couldn't make the decision to let my cherished rescue fur baby die from complications of bladder stone surgery on Monday.
I don't know exactly why but the bladder organ sutures ruptured in her bladder and infected urine filled her body cavity and she now has sepsis and peritonitis, along with pneumonia, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, and high kidney values. She also needs plasma for lack of protein in her blood.
She's suffered horribly! (It broke my heart to listen to her groan in pain.)We've been to two different emergency vets plus the original surgeon to remove the kidney stones. It's mind-blowing how expensive these emergency vet clinics are! I don't know how people ever save their pets in these situations and unfortunately I don't have pet insurance on her .
I hate to ask for money from others but the vet bills, especially from the emergency vets, have become astronomical! The prognosis is optimistic for Gili's survival. The mounting vet bills are now upwards of $17K!
Gili's only three years old !!
Any amount that you could contribute would be appreciated! And if you can share with other animal lovers that would be so appreciated! I'm not trying to cover all the vet bills but I sure need help.
I've contributed to other dozens of Go fund me pages and my friend suggested I set up this campaign. I'm praying your donations help save my girl!
Thank you in advance for any amount that you might be able to donate to help save my sweet girl! She's got so much life ahead of her!
And please share, share share our campaign!
