Please help Doby Smith Through This Crisis.

I’m hoping to raise donations to help my life long best friend Doby Smith and his family. He was suddenly struck with a massive stroke on the evening of April 26th. He had started a new job less than a year ago, working and staying almost 4 hours away from home and his Mom. He came back every weekend to help his Dad care for her as she had become quite ill herself. He’d been caring for his Mom like this for a long time.

On this trip, which would be his last, he woke from a nap after his drive home and could hardly stand. He managed to call a few people when it started and luckily got help coming before completely being overtaken by the stroke. He’s been in ICU for well over a 3 weeks now and I can’t imagine what the bills will end up being. I just know his parents, who are in their 80s, will need God's grace and any kindness others can provide. He’s not out of the woods yet. He is facing a changed life forever. I’m asking not only for your donations but prayers for my friend.
