Please Help Diesel and Bama

Dearest Friends and Community Members,
As many of you probably have heard, Brett Ledbetter (loving and amazing husband and father) lost his battle with colon cancer earlier this week. This extremely shocking and sad news, coupled with the loss of his wonderful wife Becca to cancer just this past October, can only be described as devastating.
Probably the most difficult part of this terrible ordeal is that Diesel (7th grade) and Alabama (10th grade) have lost both of their loving parents within just months. This is a tragedy that no child should ever have to experience. Luckily, both Bama and Diesel are part of a loving and close extended family. Both kids will be cared for and looked after by a close knit community of family and friends, including their Aunt Kaja and Uncle Dave (who are in the process of becoming their legal guardians) and are dedicated to ensuring both children are in a safe and loving environment and remain in the Carmel community. Grandma Deb will also be an intricate part of their lives, providing all the love and support her grandchildren need.
Please help out these wonderful kids with a monetary donation of any size. All funds graciously donated will go toward current everyday life expenses for the kids (i.e. sports, dance, clothes, etc.) in addition to any money needed for the Bama and Diesel in the future.
The Carmel community, friends outside the community and even people who have never even met this loving family came together to raise money for both Becca and Brett as they battled cancer. The family is extremely appreciate of all the support over these last several months. Please also consider donating once more to help these two beautiful children as they deal with the heartbreaking loss of both parents.
More importantly, please help honor the memory of Brett and Becca, who have touched so many of our lives, by ensuring that Bama and Diesel are not only provided for, but also feel our love and support every day.
