Please help Deqa get justice

Dega came to Abu Dhabi in 1984 and grew up there with her entire family. She finished school and eventually became a nurse. Deqa worked as a nurse in one of the hospitals in Abu Dabi. In 2008, she was introduced to a man from Norway named Hassan who was looking to get married. At first, Deqa was not interested in getting married to a man who was already married, but after continuous persuasion from both men, she told him to speak to her father. The man then spoke to her father and made the necessary preparations for them to get married. There is a rule in the Emirates that if people are getting married, they both have to go through a medical checkup to make sure that they are both free from diseases that may affect them getting married. Hassan insisted he had already received his results, and they were negative. He completely avoided getting tested and kept making excuses. Deqa managed to get tested and received her negative results, even though she felt uneasy about his evasion of the testing, but he told her he would get tested and bring the results to the Nikah/Marriage ceremony. As previously indicated by Deqa, who works as a nurse, it was a requirement from her employer that everyone working as a medical professional get regular medical checkups. Keep in mind that this will be Deqa's first marriage to Hassan. Despite her feeling uneasy about this man's passport name and medical records name mismatching, she trusted everything in God and continued with the Nikah/engagement. After the engagement on May 25, 2008, she insisted on having a proper wedding, just like any other girl, so they planned the wedding that happened on June 10, 2008. After the wedding ceremony, they consummated their marriage, and shortly after the man disappeared. A few weeks after the marriage, Deqa became ill and went to the hospital. To her surprise, she was told that she was HIV positive. Deqa was devastated, and according to her, she was fired from her job and deported to Africa because of her HIV status. Deqa has been seeking justice for 16 years. She traveled to his hometown in Putland, Somalia, where she was arrested and harassed by his family members. She contacted the Norwegian government and obtained a lawyer who told her that she has a case, but the cost was too high for her. Deqa has all her documents showing her diagnosis prior to the marriage and every time she was tested for her job as a nurse. Deqa has given several interviews in the last several years, and she had an interview with a famous YouTuber whose name is Ridwan Isaaq, which went viral and brought this case to the spotlight. This man has fled to the United Kingdom, where he is allegedly living in the city of Burmingham. He has ruined her life and dreams. Deqa needs financial assistance to bring this man to justice.
