In a time where unemployment rates are at an all time high around the globe, I am compelled to start a fundraiser for one of the kindest people you could ever meet. His name is Delroy and he lives in Jamaica. He has experienced many misfortunes in life and he is struggling to make ends meet since his car (1996 model) that he was using for taxi service went dead a year ago.

He is currently working as an assistant at a construction site and was recently told that business is slowing down due to the inflated cost of building materials. That being said, he will be out of a job soon.

When asked if he was okay Delroy’s response was “ No, I am not ok, I am suffering, it’s very hard to make ends meet”. He expressed that he wishes that he had an education and vows that he will ensure that his children are educated in hopes of them escaping poverty so that they do not end up in his situation living from paycheck to paycheck.

Purchasing a safe vehicle to get back to taxi driving will prevent Delroy from unemployment and will offer financial stability for his family of five. The ideal car for this location is a Toyota Probox with low mileage.
