Please help Delilah get her medical treatments

Hi, my name is Mandi and my extended family is needing some help. My cousin’s beautiful teenage daughter is having some medical issues which are in need of treatment.

Her diagnosis at present: Wolff Parkinson White (WPW) which is an extra electrical pathway connecting the chambers of her heart, causing episodes of tachycardia. She's had an ablation but it merely injured the pathway and didn't eliminate it, so she'll need a repeat ablation once she's healthier.

Dysautonomia, specifically Orthostatic Intolerance (OI), Chronic Iron Deficient Anemia with Anisocytosis (irregular red blood cells size) and B6 deficiency causing neuropathy all of which have led to being "deconditioned" which means she has functional losses in mental status, physical strength/muscle mass, degree of continence and ability to accomplish activities of daily living.

Recovery requires a combination of rigid supplementation/diet plans, physical and occupational therapy, and psych for coping skills.

Her existing grade 1-2 Spondylolisthesis with bilateral pars fracture at L5-S1 complicates the therapy part and adds an additional layer of pain management to the mix.

She is scheduled for the Mayo PRC (Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinic) Nov 21&22 for intake then we're back there Nov 28-Dec 2, 5-9, and wrap up 12-16.

Her mother, Adelia has to accompany her to all of these appointments.

It's going to be a huge undertaking for her. She willI have to miss work, figure out the 4 other kids schedules, animals, not to mention needing to pay for them to live down there for 3.5 weeks.

Her mother, Adelia is already working 2 jobs and not really able to work as much as she’d like to at the 2nd job at this point.

This is hard for Delilah as it’s her Senior year in High School; and it was super hard for Adelia to ask for help.
