Please Help Dave Fight A Sudden Rare Illness

Hi, we are Marci, Trish,

and Kelli and we are reaching out to you today on behalf of our dear friends Lori and Dave Bell. If you know them, you already love them and if you don’t, it’s time to get to know them a bit.

Here’s a quick blurb about what’s happening with them: Dave has suffered some unexpected and debilitating health issues. He recently caught a virus which turned into a rare autoimmune infection called Viral Transverse Myelitis, causing inflammation of the spinal cord and paralysis from the waist down. He is looking at a lengthy hospital stay and a long road of rehab to try an recover from this. On top of the devastating emotional toll this is having on Dave, Lori and family, their financial burdens are rapidly growing.

We would love to take away unwanted stress by creating this fundraiser and provide Dave and Lori the love, compassion and financial assistance they need as they navigate this uncertain and long road to recovery.

The funds raised through this GoFundMe campaign will directly benefit Dave and Lori to help alleviate the financial burden they are facing. These funds will be used to cover hospital bills, rehab/physical therapy and other immediate financial needs that have arisen as a result of this devastating disease.

Dave and Lori are childhood friends, grew up on the same street until she moved away. They reconnected as adults and got married 16 years ago.
