Hi my name is Liam Collins
I run a charity football team
ISAACS EAGLES FC
We raise money for Great Ormond Street children's hospital.
On Sunday we had an away game in steeple claydon against Overweight FC
My striker Dan Lynch was involved in a 50/50
Challenge but unfortunately Dan sustained a nasty injury. An ambulance was called and he was taken too John Radcliffe Hospital hospital in Oxford & is now home .
He has slipped a few discs in his spine and damaged his hip muscles.
Dan is now home and resting but doesn't know exactly how long he will be off work for,
As you can all imagine with Xmas so close and a lovely family to provide for it must be a very stressful time for Dan and his family, who have done alot for our team since the very start.
Dan runs his own gardening business so when he's not out working he earns nothing
Dan is always first to help out in the local community including being a grassroots football coach and is always the first to help out. In the recent floods he spent all day pumping water from people's home for no charge. So again if you can please help us to take a small bit of stress away from Dan and his family.
If you can spare anything at all it will be hugely appreciated.
Thank you very much and merry Christmas
Liam
