Please Help Dallas Carroll Fight Stage 4 Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,
I am reaching out today with a heartfelt plea for support. My sister-in-law, Dallas Carroll, received the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 HER2-positive breast cancer just days after giving birth to her beautiful baby. Along with their newborn, she and her husband also have a vibrant 3-year-old at home. This diagnosis has turned their world upside down, creating emotional and financial burdens that are nearly impossible to bear alone.
In pursuit of the best possible treatment, Dallas and her family had to make the difficult decision to relocate to Florida to be near a specialized cancer research center. This move was essential for her to participate in a promising clinical trial that offers hope where there was once very little. The trial, focusing on intratumoral delivery of dendritic cells combined with anti-HER2 therapy, has already shown encouraging results, with her largest liver lesion shrinking from 2.7 cm to 1.5 cm.
Despite these promising signs, the financial strain is immense. The costs of advanced medical treatments, the necessary move, daily living expenses, and childcare for two young children are overwhelming. With her husband needing to take time off work to support her and care for their children, the loss of income has added to their financial stress.
We are desperately aiming to raise $150,000 to help cover the mounting medical bills, living expenses, and related costs during this incredibly challenging time. Your generous donations will directly support:
Medical Expenses: Covering ongoing and future treatments, medications, and experimental therapies not covered by insurance.
Living Costs: Ensuring the family can maintain their home and cover essential living expenses.
Childcare: Providing care and stability for their newborn and 3-year-old during this difficult period.
Travel and Relocation Expenses: Offsetting the costs associated with their move to Florida for life-saving treatment.
Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact on their lives. Your support can bring some relief to Dallas and her family, allowing them to focus on what truly matters—her health and well-being. Please share this post widely to help us reach our goal and provide the support they so desperately need.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers.
Sincerely,
Her Brother-in-law, Kendall
