In June of 2022, Gregg was diagnosed with lung cancer, non-small cell squamous carcinoma, which is the same cancer that killed his sister in 2017. After 4 months of brutal chemo, radiation, and 12 months of immunotherapy, in December of 2023, his scans showed no cancer. In follow-up scans in March 2024, we found that he now has Small-Cell Lung Cancer, which is more aggressive in his lymph nodes. His oncologist is referring him to M.D. Anderson for a second opinion because his options in town are very limited and his prognosis is poor.

Gregg Rickard has built a life for himself and his wife Robin that has always been based on strong friendships and family and he has helped so many who were in their time of need.

Now, it’s our turn to help Gregg and Robin in their time of need.
